First, we thank you and appreciate your purchase with us.
While purchasing goods from us, you acknowledge and agree that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party.
We do not provide refund on any goods sold unless it is manufacturing defect.
Goods once sold can ONLY be exchanged in the following condition:
-If there is any major manufacturing defect in the item and is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
- Please make a video while opening the parcel. And then if you receive damage product then Email us on email@example.com. We will send you the replaced product after reviewing. If Video is not made While Opening the parcel we will not be able to send the replacement.
- In case of exchange of a defective product, the customer will be provided with a replacement of the same item within 15 working days.
- Defective items need to be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Customer needs to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached along with the box and package received with the product. Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Items should be unused and undamaged by the customer. Any used product will not be exchanged/returned.
PROCEDURE FOR Replacements.
- Drop us a mail at email@example.com with the details of the product along with the photo/Video of the manufacturing defect. We will revert within 48 working hours on this.
